Group Buy Update June 19, 2025

Hi everyone,

Here are the latest updates for you on Group Buys that have not been fulfilled yet. We still receive a lot of in bound support tickets for updates on various group buys. We would appreciate it if you can help us spread the word in different keyboard communities that customers can now refer to our blogs for the latest updates asynchronously!

I'm happy to report there are now only 3 active group buys waiting for fulfillment. This excludes Jiris80 and Jiris65, both of which we do not expect to ever ship and resolution will be a combination of KFA refunding our profits as well as offering in store credits to customers. Those will be worked on after the GEON F1-8X-V2 is completed and our marketplace app has been fixed.

Neo75, S46, and Zoom Tiga

Fulfillment has been completed on our end for all of these items. There are a few customers who are exceptions and their products have not shipped out yet.

We're waiting on responses from a few customers regarding the incorrect plates given to us by Meletrix.

There is also one customer whose shipping address in in Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, their shipping cost is now over 3x what they originally paid for, so we need to hear back from them on payment for the difference on the shipping cost.

I have received an update that apparently this GB just has not shipped to our forwarder yet and this has been confirmed, so at least now we know it wasn't lost or misplaced by the forwarder.

I'm still waiting for some additional details, but it appears that manufacturing just hasn't been completed yet, because other vendors have also not received their shipments yet.

F1-8X-V2

We are happy to confirm that the products are in our warehouse now! We'll start to perform QC and sorting, then start fulfilling as early as next week. We appreciate everyone patience thus far on this group buy.

KAM Soda Squid

It turns out there is another separate invoice for the deskmats, which we have NOT yet paid. I'm waiting for that to be sent over, so we can complete the payment.

Manufacturing has started for both keycaps and deskmats. The current timeline quoted to me is keycaps should be completed by September 2025 while deskmats should be ready by end of July 2025.

As things change and timelines evolve, we'll publish new updates.
