Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery, which are determined based on factors such as declared value, tariff classification, and local regulations; we recommend checking with your local authorities for detailed information on how these fees are calculated.
How Long To Get My Order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
In stock orders typically ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 business hours for dispatch from our warehouse. Shipping times may increase during holiday periods and busy weeks due to Group Buy fulfillments. If any delays are anticipated, we will inform you accordingly.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
International orders ship with DHL only.

Pre-Order & In-Stock Orders
Orders containing Pre-Order items and In-Stock products will be shipped together when the Pre-Order item is ready. To receive in-stock items first, please place separate orders.
Shipping Costs
Most In-Stock products qualify for FREE SHIPPING on orders above $50 within the USA. Free shipping only applies to selected in-stock items. Keyboards and deskmats are not included. Pre-Order shipping fees are calculated based on weight, product size, and destination.
Shipping to Canada
For in-stock items, a $20 flat shipping fee applies to Canada orders. Pre-Order shipping fees are automatically calculated. We cannot lower the declared value or cover import fees. International orders are shipped via DHL only.
Order Cancellation
In-stock orders can be canceled before shipping, but a 3% fee applies. Please create a customer service ticket by emailing hello@keebsforall.com or visit out contacts page.
Cancellation for Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as stated on the product pages.
Returns Policy
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
In-stock orders (except lube and custom coiled cables) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pre-Order items are non-returnable. Refunds (minus a 3% return fee) are processed within 30 days of receiving the package.
Please note that Zoom Keyboard and Numpads, as well as NotFromSam Keyboards are not eligible for returns. All sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for this product. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that the item is sold as-is.
Can I Personalize My Product?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Can I Use Discounts on Pre-Orders?
Unfortunately, discounts are not accepted on Pre-Order products. We have a set price for each project that cannot be changed with discounts.
My Order Is Deemed High risk
In cases where an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent or high-risk by Shopify, KeebsForAll reserves the right to take necessary actions to verify the order and protect both parties against fraudulent activity. This may include, but is not limited to, requesting additional information from the customer to confirm the legitimacy of the order. Such information may include personal identification documents and other relevant details.
As part of our commitment to providing a secure shopping environment, we adhere to Shopify's best practices for handling high-risk orders, which include:
- Reviewing Order Details: We carefully review the order details to better understand the customer and the products ordered.
- Contacting the Customer: If there are uncertainties regarding the order, we may reach out to the customer to verify their provided information and request additional details.
- Delaying Shipping: Orders suspected of fraud may experience delayed shipping until we can validate the information provided.
- Order Cancellation: If an order is determined to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately.
- Reporting Fraud: Should we suspect that an order is part of a larger fraudulent scheme, we will report it to the appropriate authorities.

How the Marketplace Works
Sellers fill out a Google form to list their products. Items are typically listed within 2-3 business days. After a sale, sellers provide a phone number for the shipping label. Once we receive the item, payment is processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Responsibility
Shipping cost from the seller to us is deducted from their payment, but buyers pay for shipping from the seller to them.
Seller Fees
Currently, the only fee is 3.5% for sellers receiving payment through PayPal.
Payment Methods for Sellers
Sellers can choose PayPal Family and Friends or KFA Gift Cards for payment, with PayPal payments incurring a 3.5% fee.
Shipping Timeframe
Marketplace items usually take 2-3 weeks to ship to the buyer.
Seller Shipping Timeframe
Sellers have 3 business days to ship the item to us.
Cancellations and Returns
Marketplace orders can be canceled or returned within 48 hours of delivery, subject to a 9% handling fee. Items must be in new condition.
Listing Multiple Items
Each item requires a separate form for listing; multiple items cannot be listed on one form.
