Shipping and Refunds
- Please expect 2-3 weeks for shipping as we process items received from sellers.
- Due to the nature of products, returns and refunds are not available.
- From January 1st, 2023, cancellations on Marketplace Products will not be accepted.
Important Purchasing Information
- Buyers have 48 hours upon delivery to report damages or defects.
- A 6.5% fee is added automatically; removing it will prompt an invoice.
- Invoices must be paid within 3 days to avoid a 9% cancellation fee.
