  • What is the fastest way to get an answer on my question or get help on my order?

  • If I order a group buy or pre-order item with an in-stock item, will they be shipped separately?
    • Orders that contain group buy/pre-order items with in-stock items will be shipped together when the group buy/pre-order item is ready to ship. We cannot make changes once you place an order, so if you want to receive the in-stock item first, please place an order separately.
  • How much is the shipping?
    • For most in-stock products, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above $50 within the USA. Shipping fee for the Group Buy/ Pre-Order items are calculated automatically at the checkout based on the weight, size of the product, and shipping destination.
  • Do you ship to Canada? If so, can you lower the declared value?
    • For in-stock items, we offer $20 flat shipping fee for Canada orders. We ship with UPS or USPS. Shipping fee for the Group Buy/Pre-Orders are automatically calculated at the checkout. Please keep in mind that it is illegal for us to modify the declared value, and you will be responsible for any import fees that may occur.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • If your order only contains in-stock products and if the order hasn’t shipped out, we can cancel your order for you. Keep in mind, there is a 3% cancellation fee.
  • Can I cancel my Group Buy or Pre-Order order?
    • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel Group Buy or Pre-Order orders once the order is placed, as it is stated on the product pages.
  • Do you accept returns?
    • We only accept returns on in-stock orders (except lube and custom coiled cables) within 14 days of receiving the item. We DO NOT accept returns on Group Buy/Pre-Order items. The product has to be unused and undamaged. If you want to return an item, please ship the products to 11718 Folkstone Lane, Los Angeles, CA, 90077 in their original packaging. Please make sure to include your order number inside the shipping box. We will a refund (minus our 3% return fee) within 30 days of receiving the package.

KFA Marketplace FAQ:

  • How does the marketplace work?
    • Sellers can fill out a google form to list their products. Once we receive the form, the item will be listed within 2-3 business days in most cases. Once the item sells, sellers will be contacted via Discord for a phone number to put on the shipping label. The seller then uses the provided shipping label to ship the package to us. Once we receive your item, your payment will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Who pays for shipping?
    • The shipping cost from the seller to us is deducted from the seller's payment, but the buyer pays shipping to them.
  • Are there any fees for sellers?
    • Currently the only fee is 3.5% of the payment if the seller chooses to receive payment through PayPal.
  • What are the payment methods for sellers?
    • We currently offer payments through PayPal Family and Friends, or through KFA Gift Cards. PayPal payments are subject to a 3.5% fee.
  • How long do marketplace items take to ship?
    • Marketplace items typically take 2-3 weeks to ship to the buyer.
  • How long does the seller have to ship the item to KFA?
    • Seller are permitted 3 business days to ship the item to us.
  • Can I cancel or return a marketplace order?
    • Yes, you can cancel or return a marketplace order, but it is subject to a 9% handling fee.  Returns for marketplace orders can only be made within 48 hours of delivery, and the order has to be completely new.
  • Can I list multiple items on one form?
    • No, each item requires a separate form to be listed.
