Group Buy Update June 11, 2025

Hi everyone, here is the latest updates for you on Group Buys that have not been fulfilled yet. We still receive a lot of in bound support tickets for updates on various group buys. We would appreciate it if you can help us spread the word in different keyboard communities that customers can now refer to our blogs for the latest updates asynchronously!

Neo75, S46, and Zoom Tiga

Fulfillment to customers have already been on going since last week! Many of you should have received your orders by now and within the next week, we should have completed shipping all of these to customers.

The only issue here has been with the Zoom Pad Tigas (one of the main reason why we stopped working with the brand). They sent us nine aluminum plates instead of the nine FR4 plates that we and our customers ordered. You can refer to the image of the wrong plates attached below.

We have already reached out to the affected customers. Their orders will be shipped out with the aluminum plate for free. We will then tell Meletrix to fix their mistake and send us the nine FR4 plates. When we receive them, we will send them to the affected customers free of charge.

We want to deeply apologize here. We were previously told that this group buy order was shipped to our forwarder along with all the other ones. We double checked to make sure the boxes received in Los Angeles matched the number of boxes the forwarder told us was being shipped our way.

As a result, we made updates for this group buy along with the ones above, thinking it would arrive at the same time.

But, after opening all packages for quality control in our warehouse, there were no TB8 items at all. We are working with our team to figure out what happened here and reaching out to the parties that ran this group buy originally for an update and confirmation on whether these were actually shipped to our forwarder at all.

As soon as we have more details, you'll all receive another update through a new blog.

We're pleased to announce that they have arrived at port in Los Angeles and are waiting to clear customs! Our new forwarder in South Korea told us that the expected arrival time to our warehouse will be sometime next week.

As usual, we will then open everything to perform quality control, then start shipping the orders out as soon as possible.
