Shipping, Returns & Replacements

Shipping Info.

In stock orders typically ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 business hours for dispatch from our warehouse. Shipping times may increase during holiday periods and busy weeks due to Group Buy fulfillments. If any delays are anticipated, we will inform you accordingly. 

Please Note:

  • Pre-order products do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Pre-order products do not qualify for discounts.
  • Shipping Couriers do not work on holidays.
  • Based in Los Angeles, CA.

*USPS estimated delivery dates are delayed throughout the country due to package overload, overall. We know it states "x" days on the shipping options, but Shopify and KFA cannot 100% estimate the shipping days.*

Once the package gets picked up by the shipping courier, we have no control on how long the shipping will be, as well as, how they will handle the package. 

We recommend you to purchase the Route Package Protection insurance. 

Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery, which are determined based on factors such as declared value, tariff classification, and local regulations; we recommend checking with your local authorities for detailed information on how these fees are calculated.

Returns Info.

  • In-stock items are eligible for a return within 14 days of receiving the product. MUST BE UN-USED. Email us at hello@keebsforall.com.
  • All refunds & returns are subject to a 3% fee
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Returns are not allowed on Lubricants, Marketplace and Pre-Order items. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after placing an order for Pre-Order products.
  • Issues with marketplace products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return
  • Please note that Zoom Keyboard and Numpads, as well as NotFromSam Keyboards are not eligible for returns. All sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for this product. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that the item is sold as-is.

Replacements Info.

  • If the product arrives damaged, please take a picture for proof, and then make a ticket on discord or email us. 
  • If your order came incomplete, please take a picture of shipping package with all the items that were inside, and then make a ticket on discord or email us.
  • With no picture/proof, we will NOT consider your replacement request.
  • All replacement requests MUST be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
