Simplifying Transactions

KeebsForAll releases funds to sellers after verifying product condition upon arrival at the KFA warehouse.
Sellers enjoy faster sales and minimal effort on their end.
All seller fees are transparently listed on the submission form.
Buyers must report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping and Refunds

Please expect 2-3 weeks for shipping as we process items received from sellers.
Due to the nature of products, returns and refunds are not available.
From January 1st, 2023, cancellations on Marketplace Products will not be accepted.

Important Purchasing Information

Buyers have 48 hours upon delivery to report damages or defects.
A 6.5% fee is added automatically; removing it will prompt an invoice.
Invoices must be paid within 3 days to avoid a 9% cancellation fee.
